Key accomplishments:
- Launched the new A350-900 aircrafts (created showcase and organised the press launch event).
- Created a Product Showcase, putting together a mini museum of every VA product
- Spearheaded the cabin sustainability project to replace onboard products with eco-friendly alternatives and designed and launched new onboard amenity kits that won eight industry awards.
- Worked on the development of the Booth concept for the leisure fleet A350s
- Re-launched the Mumbai route and covered the first outbound and return flights.
- Recognized with the Anita Gittelson “Travel Innovator of the Year” award (2019).
- Nominated as an IncREDible from my peers, the internal recognition awards celebrating outstanding performers and teams.
