The Braine Campus consists of 139.5 acres of land and 36 buildings.
My team and I were responsible for:
- Mobility on site
- Catering and Events
- Landscaping and biodiversity
- Cleaning
- Reception
- Mail room and site logistics
- Glassware Cleaning
- Pest Control
- Facilities Management communications.\
Key accomplishments:
- Launched innovative sustainability and mobility initiatives (Smart Fridges, unmanned shop, waste reduction programme, new bike facilities, electric car chargers, eco-grazing), earning third place in the European Mobility Week Award.
- Organized high-profile events such as FDA visits and annual board meetings.
- Enhanced team performance with KPIs, training, and team-building activities.
- Revamped intranet pages and created over 60 internal communication pieces.
